About the job CFO

ROLE OVERVIEW
The CFO will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy to
support the company's growth in the beauty and personal care industry. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive financial performance, manage resources
efficiently, and support the long-term goals of the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with Company's goals.
- Provide financial insights and guidance to the PRESIDENT, COO, and leadership team on company direction.
- Lead long-term budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
- Maintain internal controls and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Strong knowledge in tax accounting.

Risk Management & Cost Control:
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee cash flow, financial performance, and investments to ensure liquidity.
- Manage cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or growth objectives.

Operational Efficiency:

- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance across allbusiness units.
Monitor operational efficiency and advise on profitability improvements.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure the finance department meets all internal and external reporting deadlines.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the beauty, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, corporate taxes and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial systems (ERP).
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Korean.
