About the job General Affairs Assistant
Job Description:
General Office Duties:
-Clean and maintain inside and outside of facility building daily
-Keep maintaining entire office environment daily Greet vendors, sales representatives, and office visitors by coordinating and address their needs as required
-Coordinate with catering services to place weekly lunch orders for employees and ensure to clean the cafeteria room
-Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
-Sock and maintain supply rooms
-Review warehouse equipment contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies
-Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities (indoor, outdoor, parking lot, supply room and electricity room etc)
-Check for potential safety issues in all facility areas on a daily basis, report to manager when major repairs are needed and follow up by direction
Asset Management:
-Asset Identification and Tracking, Maintenance, Repairs and Disposal
-Physical count for assigned asset in CA office
Due diligence on fixed assets allocated as consignment, demo & 3rd party
Facility Safety Duties:
-Maintain the facility in mechanical and electrical aspects. Provide recommendations when modifications are needed.
-Supporting health and safety initiative by ensuring compliance with regulations, condition safety inspections, and promoting a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
-Provide direction to employees and team leader for workplace safety protocols
-Implement best practices and innovative solutions to optimize safety and efficiency.
Requirement:
-Bilingual (Korean & English)
-Eligible to work for any employer in U.S.
-Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
-Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
-Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
-Basic knowledge on facility safety regulation and electrical system
