Essential Functions and Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning and Platform Operations for the company
Main Target Audience: U.S., Canada, Australia, and other global customers
Key Responsibilities
[Global Mall U.S.-Targeted Promotion Planning and Operations]
- Develop an annual marketing plan including regular sales and seasonal promotions.
- Establish marketing budgets (coupons/points/gift events), execute budget allocation, and manage cost rates.
- Plan and operate on-site promotions and events to increase sales volume.
- Create promotional design briefs (SB) for promotions.
- Draft and review copy for promotions (landing pages, emails, app push notifications, etc.).
- Plan and execute offline events targeting local customers.
- Plan and manage partnership marketing with local brands or influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing representatives (Including HQ Korea) to develop marketing plans and strategy.
[Global Mall Promotion System Enhancement]
- Identify opportunities for product improvements to enhance the global mall promotion system.
- Suggest service improvements or new service ideas for the product, focusing on promotional functionalities.
- Review product improvement briefs (SB), conduct testing, and provide feedback.
[Data Analysis for U.S. Orders / Membership Insights]
- Conduct data-driven customer analysis and promotional efficiency analysis.
- Track trends through market and competitor analysis.
- Derive insights from data analysis, form hypotheses, and validate through experiments to improve promotional efficiency.
[Global Customer Communication]
- Develop email and app push marketing strategies targeting U.S. customers.
- Align marketing campaigns with promotional schedules and execute email/app push marketing campaigns.
- Plan customized campaigns for different customer segments.
- Analyze campaign results (influx rates) and derive insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for campaigns to optimize delivery and conversion rates.
Required Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in e-commerce-based marketing in the U.S. market.
- Bilingual in English/Korean strongly preferred (Korean: business-level proficiency).
- Eligible to obtain a work visa in the U.S.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with U.S. beauty manufacturers/retailers is a plus.
Travel
Local: less than 10%
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Los Angeles is $65K to $100K. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be subject to several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of the candidates experience within the job; type and length of experience within the specific industry; educational background; and the location of employment. This salary range may not reflect the pay scale for employees who work in other states.
