Location: Audubon, Pennsylvania (100% onsite); relocating to Secaucus, New Jersey in Q3 2026
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $55,000$65,000 per year
Job Description:
The Logistics Coordinator will support daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate asset tracking, and exceptional service to customers and partners. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Manage day-to-day logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery coordination to ensure on-time performance.
- Administration: Prepare and maintain shipping documents, records, and reports to support inventory control and compliance requirements.
- Customer Support: Communicate with customers, vendors, and carriers to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Oversee inbound and outbound scheduling to optimize workflow and reduce delays.
- Asset Management: Track company assets such as containers, equipment, and materials to prevent loss and ensure availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., sales, warehouse, accounting) to support overall supply chain operations.
- Compliance: Follow company procedures and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for safe and lawful logistics operations
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean both written and verbal for daily coordination with Korean-speaking teams and partners.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics management systems is an advantage.
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Location: Preference for candidates currently based in or near Edison, New Jersey (for smoother transition to the Secaucus site in 2026).
