  • Analyze seller data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the success of sellers on the platform, including seller acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to develop and implement seller growth initiatives, including seller education programs, marketing campaigns, and seller performance incentives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, such as seller acquisition cost, retention rate, and revenue growth, to track the effectiveness of seller growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in seller strategy and insights to continually improve the marketplace's seller growth efforts.
  • Bacholor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Comunication or related fields
  • 1 year of experience in related field (Considerably more if directly relevant experience is present)
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge and skills in online business, particularly in Marketplace and Digital Marketing.
  • Has extensive knowledge, abilities, and experience in marketing strategy planning by applying knowledge of Google Ad, Google Display, SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Line, and Twitter in strategy planning to reach target customers and convert prospective customers into regular customers.
  • Expert in communicating marketing messages through various online and digital media channels, and Event Marketing.
  • Enjoys sales work, customer outreach, and has good interpersonal skills.
  • Has creative thinking in work and a passion for continuously learning new things related to the job.
