Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Referral Programs operated by DFBooking Recruitment Services.  By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.

 1. Eligibility

1.1. Participation is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

1.2. The Program is not available to employees of the Company, their immediate family members, or anyone residing in the same household.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms or engages in fraudulent activities

2. Referral Procedure

2.1. To participate, you must use the unique referral link provided by the Company or other approved methods to refer friends, family, or colleagues.

2.2. Referred individuals must sign up through the provided referral link or code and complete the required actions as specified in the Program details.

3. Rewards and Payouts

3.1. Rewards will be granted for each Referral that meets the eligibility criteria and completes the required actions.

3.2. The type and amount of rewards are specified in the Program details and may vary.

3.3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to change the type and amount of rewards at any time without prior notice.

 4. Fraud and Misuse

4.1. Participants must not engage in any form of spamming, solicitation, or fraudulent activities to obtain referrals.

4.2. Any manipulation, falsification, or violation of the Program's rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

5. Privacy and Data

5.1. By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in the Company's Privacy Policy.

5.2. Referrals' information will be used only for the purpose of the Program and in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

 6. Changes and Termination

6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2. In the event of termination, all pending rewards will be forfeited.

7. Liability

7.1. The Company is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from participation in the Program.

7.2. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or any rewards provided.

8. Governing Law
