DF Booking Recruitment Services is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Filipino Personal Assistant to join our team at our office located in Cambridge Village, Cainta. This full-time role involves client communication, HR tasks, managing social media platforms, assisting with study abroad programs, and supporting general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong communication and organizational skills. Working hours are flexible within a 9-hour workday.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Communications:

    • Make outbound calls to clients for inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Human Resources Management:

    • Support the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    • Maintain organized HR records and documentation.
  3. Study Abroad Program Assistance:

    • Assist Filipino nationals in signing up for study abroad programs.
    • Ensure proper submission of documents and provide guidance throughout the application process.
  4. Social Media Management:

    • Manage the agencys social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Create engaging content and advert videos to promote the agencys services and events.
    • Interact with social media followers and respond to messages and comments.
  5. Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel Usage:

    • Create and design professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, track progress, and create reports.
    • Support data analysis and provide insights to help optimize operations.
  6. Administrative Support:

    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the management team.
    • Assist with document preparation, file management, and general office tasks.
    • Provide general administrative assistance to keep operations running smoothly.

Salary and Benefits

  • Base Salary: PHP 10,000 per month
  • Commission: 20% on successful recruitment placements or study abroad program enrollments
  • Working Hours: 98hours per day, with flexible hours available

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Nationality: Filipino
  • Location: Must reside near Cambridge Village, Cainta or Pasig
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; college degree is an advantage
  • Experience:
    • Experience in administration, human resources, or client relations is preferred
    • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation is a plus
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for designing presentations
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing data, creating reports, and tracking performance
    • Basic video editing skills for creating social media content is desirable
  • Language Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Ability to effectively engage with clients and team members
