Our client is a growing financial technology company supporting businesses with modern payment infrastructure. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform to lead the strategy and execution of foundational services that power secure, scalable, and reliable payment products. This role owns core capabilities including identity, APIs, tokenization, developer tooling, embedded components, communications, and platform observability. Working closely with engineering and cross functional partners, this individual will drive platform investments that improve developer experience, strengthen security, and support long term growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for identity, authentication, authorization, and access management capabilities.
  • Lead the evolution of embedded components and white label experiences that enable platform partners to build and launch faster.
  • Drive the strategy for platform tokenization services to support payment security, sensitive data protection, and compliance.
  • Oversee platform communications infrastructure, including SMS, email, and messaging capabilities, while supporting regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Define and enhance logging, observability, and platform data capabilities to improve operational visibility and system health.
  • Partner with engineering to shape API design, governance, versioning, documentation, and overall developer experience.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable platform services that support multiple product lines and long term platform growth.
  • Own platform outcomes and drive execution across complex technical initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 5 or more years of product management experience focused on platform, infrastructure, or developer facing products.
  • Experience building and maintaining foundational platform services such as identity, authentication, APIs, SDKs, or notification systems.
  • Proven success delivering API first products in a B2B SaaS or multi tenant environment.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization technologies including OAuth, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, and API key management.
  • Familiarity with embeddable or white label component frameworks and developer experience best practices.
  • Understanding of tokenization, data security, and PCI compliance concepts.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering on API design, data models, and system architecture.
  • Knowledge of cloud identity platforms such as AWS Cognito, Auth0, or similar technologies.
  • Experience within fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with messaging compliance requirements, including 10DLC and communication channel management, is a plus.
