We are looking for a Product Manager who has extensive expertise in the payments industry and a deep understanding of the intricacies associated with the payment space. This role will cover the full product lifecycle, ranging from strategy to hands-on work with development and go-to-market, offering an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth as our client continues to expand.

What You Will Do: 

  • Improve PayFac and gateway solutions to drive differentiation and adoption
  • Define product strategies and feature sets with business goals
  • Conduct industry research to identify trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities
  • Use deep payments knowledge to solve complex product challenges
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through delivery
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs
  • Use product metrics to inform decision-making

What You Bring:  

  • 3+ years of product management experience in the payments space, ideally SaaS
  • Broad understanding across the full payments ecosystem
  • Direct experience building internal products (not just managing third-party tools)
  • Experience with Payment Gateways, PayFac Solutons, Merchant Onboarding Tools, Payment Devices, Partner Portals and Risk Tools 
  • Ability to write clear requirements, collaborate with developers, and lead product testing cycles
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, execution-focused mindset
  • Experience working with:
    • Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
    • Databases (e.g., SQL)
    • API development
    • Mobile applications
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Agile or Scrum frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
