Our client is seeking a junior level Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the execution of marketing and communications across its national organization, local chapters, corporate partnerships, programs, and events. This role will develop and execute campaigns that support membership growth, corporate partnerships, national programming, and the annual Leadership Summit. The Marketing and Communications Manager will own day to day marketing execution, maintain a consistent brand and message across channels, and manage multiple initiatives from concept through completion. The role requires someone who can work independently, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and use marketing data to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement. This position also provides an opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as the role grows.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications campaigns supporting membership growth, corporate partnerships, national programming, chapter initiatives, and the annual Leadership Summit.
  • Create photo, video, digital, and social media content, including short form video and brand reels.
  • Build, schedule, and manage content across social platforms, primarily Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the biweekly newsletter using PropFuel and Emma, including gathering content from internal teams, corporate champions, and other contributors.
  • Proactively support local chapters in promoting events, increasing visibility, and maintaining consistent branding.
  • Develop and distribute chapter marketing materials using the existing brand toolkit.
  • Maintain and protect brand consistency across communication channels, ensuring messaging aligns with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
  • Manage marketing support for the annual Leadership Summit, chapter events, and other national initiatives.
  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, establish timelines, meet deadlines, and coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Track marketing performance, including open rates, engagement, reach, and other platform metrics.
  • Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations, and provide data for board presentations.
  • Manage and mentor marketing interns, including assigning and reviewing content creation, social media, and other marketing projects.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Maintain contacts and campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Support additional marketing and communications projects as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and social media.
  • Hands on experience creating photo, video, digital, and social media content.
  • Proficiency in Canva and knowledge of graphic design fundamentals.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Emma, PropFuel, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.
  • Working knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn analytics.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects from concept through execution.
  • Nonprofit or association experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting chapter based or member based organizations is preferred.
  • Experience supervising interns or junior team members is preferred.
  • Payments or fintech experience is preferred.
