About the job ERP Consultant
As an ERP Consultant at DewanSoft, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate them into effective ERP system configurations and solutions. You will be involved in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from initial business analysis and system design to configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis sessions with clients to gather, document, and validate their requirements.
- Customize and configure ERP system modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, CRM) to align with client-specific business processes and workflows.
- Translate documented business requirements into robust technical solutions within the ERP system, ensuring functionality, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, user manuals, and training materials.
- Provide hands-on training and technical support to clients during the implementation process and post-implementation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the ERP system.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor system performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP upgrades, functionalities, and industry best practices to provide clients with the most innovative and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1+ years of proven experience as an ERP Consultant, with a preference for experience in delivering HR or Construction-related ERP projects.
- Solid understanding of ERP development tools, core business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing), accounting principles, and the end-to-end ERP cycle.
- Proficiency in ERP system configuration, data migration, report writing, and basic programming concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
