You will:

  • Identify, reach out to and engage with a large number of brands & sellers within the Chinese market; besides generating leads and managing funnel, you will also support communications during due diligence and subsequent negotiations; 
  • Identify and optimize communication channels for China; 
  • Develop a network of brokers and multipliers within China; 
  • Deliver presentations publicly in the events and promote the organization through persistent outreach to potential acquisition targets, cold call skills are required for key brands & sellers;
  • Coordinate with Legal, Product, Marketing and Internal cross-business teams to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
  • Conduct first analysis of seller’s fit and sales history, including basic legal assessment; 
  • Provide weekly business reviews to the management team and ensure the current sales process is on track.

You bring:

  1. 4+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably targeting e-commerce as clientele;
  2. Familiarity with e-Commerce KPIs and financial statements;
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations;
  4. Capability of handling deadlines and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment;
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work prioritization, planning, and task delegation;
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally in a diverse environment, always bringing a positive attitude, reliability, and transparency;
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as influencing and presentation skills.
  8. Language skills: Mandarin native, English fluent.
