About the company:
The company is focused on design, project management, construction, and operations of offshore oil projects. These include FSRU, FLNG, FPSO, FSU, fixed platforms and modules, offshore lifting equipment mooring systems, and other types of oil and gas developments. They operate two fabrication yards that are dedicated to the construction of offshore oil and gas facilities.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of the professional designers in charge of the project and guide the smooth development of the professional design work.
- Assist department leaders and project managers to organize the design, development, scientific research, technological innovation, standard formulation and quality control work of their profession.
- Responsible for the technical coordination of the various majors of the project in charge, timely reporting to department leaders and project managers for major technical difficulties and organizing personnel to coordinate.
- Responsible for participating in the technical negotiation and signing of technical contracts for the new project and cooperating with the commercial quotation of the new project.
- Responsible for reviewing, approving, and designing or technical guidance of key drawings of the project in charge.
- Implement the company's related documents on quality management to ensure the completeness and validity of the drawings and documents.
- Participate in the business training for designers of this profession, organize the tackling of technical difficulties in this profession and technical exchanges of this profession, and formulate the basic requirements for drawing design of this profession.
- Participate in the daily management and work appraisal of the staff of the profession.
- Carry out the instructions of the supervisor and complete other tasks assigned by the leader
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor degree or above
- Have more than 12 years of experience in ship and offshore design and process technology
Knowledge:
- Familiar with professional technical theory and practical knowledge of ships and marine engineering ships, machinery, electricity, outfitting, etc.
- Familiar with the international and domestic technical regulations and conventions of ships and marine engineering.
- Familiar with the company's technical design related management regulations and management procedures.
- Understand the technology and development trend of shipbuilding and ocean engineering.
- Familiar with design and related office software.
Capacity:
- Have strong business and technical capabilities, prepare and review the design plan of the profession.
- Have strong organizational and coordination capabilities, able to carry out technical coordination of the project in charge and implement the implementation plan.
- Able to assist department leaders and project technical managers to compile and revise relevant technical management documents.
- Able to assist department leaders and project technical managers to deal with major technical and production process technical issues in the process of project design and construction.
- Have good language (including foreign languages), writing skills, and write work report
