Consultant/Business Development Manager who can build up the
business from a starting position. The successful applicant will be a
tenacious self-starter with strong solution sales and candidate
placement skills. This is a position offering great visibility and
responsibility with the opportunity for further learning and career
advancement for the right person.

Responsibilities:

● researching organisations and individuals online (especially on
social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
● contacting potential clients/candidates via LinkedIn, email or
phone to establish rapport and set up meetings and close
business on the telephone/conference
● contacting clients to inform them about new developments in
the company’s products
● negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
● recruiting suitable candidates according to skills and
experience to fit client requirements
● working closely with the whole team, reporting directly to a
Co-Founder and CEO

Requirements:
● 3+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment
● recruiting focussed on account management
● lead generation
● mostly focused on NEW client acquisition (cold calling, cold
emailing, conferences)
● provable success in finding new clients for former employer
● honest, nice attitude
● intelligent with potential to grow into a larger role
