Special Note for This Role:
As part of this exciting opportunity, the Kitchen Manager will begin their journey in Rochester, NY, where they will train and work until our new store in Buffalo is built. Once the Buffalo location is ready, the Kitchen Manager will transfer to lead operations at the new store.
Our client is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and will negotiate relocation assistance or provide temporary housing accommodations to meet your needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the ultimate champion of hospitality and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
  • Oversee both kitchen and dining room operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from prep to plate.
  • Coach, train, and inspire team members to deliver excellence, ensuring consistent execution of standards and processes.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and operational costs to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure every dish meets the highest quality standards, whether its from the smokehouse, prep line, or expo.

What Were Looking For:

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of kitchen management and full-service restaurant management.
  • Operational Know-How: Proven skills in inventory management, budgeting, and delivering consistent results.
  • Passion for Hospitality: A natural leader who thrives on creating an exceptional experience for both guests and staff.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
