Overall Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver revenue and profits based on yearly budget
  • Oversees daily operations and that the rest of the management staff controls their departments
  • Sets the culture for the restaurant and ensures that all staff follows TFD procedures
  • Ensures that every guest that walks through our doors has an authentic experience and feels welcome.
  • Managing any guest complaints in a timely and thorough way

Daily Job Duties:

  • Update weekly premeal topics and ensure that staff is knowledgeable about our product
  • Oversee new menu roll outs (training, menu updates, website updates)
  • Provide content for social media contact and give them restaurant news to post
  • Create and post manager schedule
  • Ensure that invoices are processed correctly and oversee any credits
  • Oversee daily and weekly cash balances to make sure they are correct
  • Make sure that our POS is up to date
  • Update weekly snapshot and bank sheets
  • Send out Weekly Wrap up email to ownership
  • Schedule and run weekly manager meetings
  • Ensure that staff training program is up to date and thorough
  • Respond to any guest complaints
  • Ensure that all employees have the proper orientation and that their new hire paperwork is properly filled out
  • Oversee all catering is executed at TFD standards
  • Look for marketing and community outreach opportunities
