Join a renowned BBQ team dedicated to outstanding service and quality. We're looking for a Service Manager to help lead our dynamic team and focus on creating an exceptional dining experience.
Position Scope: As Service Manager, you will uphold uncompromised excellence at all times, placing our guests and their dining experience at the core of all activities. You will serve as an ambassador of hospitality, focusing on guest relations and ensuring that front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include quality training, coaching, and ensuring profitability through excellent guest service and operational standards.
Work Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
- At least 2 years of front-of-house management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
