Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and outstanding hospitality. In this role, you'll ensure that every guest and every dish receives the utmost care and attention. As a leader, you'll guide, train, and coach your team to uphold high standards, ensure smooth operations, and drive profitability. You'll oversee key areas of the kitchenExpo, Smokehouse, prep, and line qualityalongside front-of-house (FOH) systems like To-Go, Host, Bar, and service standards.

What Youll Bring:

• Management Experience: 1+ years in a management role.
• Full-Service Restaurant Experience: 3+ years in full-service restaurant operations.
• Back of House (BOH) Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on BOH experience.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team of at least 15 staff members.
• Inventory and Budgeting Knowledge: Strong skills in managing inventory and controlling budgets.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
