Position Scope:

The Managing Partners role is to provide uncompromised excellence at all times, making the Guest and the Bar-B-Que the heart and passion of all they do. The Managing Partner leads and manages all aspects of the restaurants operations, including FOH, BOH, and administrative functions. Hire, train, and supervise team members, providing direction, ongoing coaching, and feedback to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. The Managing Partner upholds all company policies, procedures and standards through their managers and team members. They are responsible for formulating plans to meet budgets and new initiatives; as well as maintaining existing standards.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of high volume GM management experience.
  • 5+ years of Full-service restaurant management experience.
  • 5+ of FOH and BOH management experience.
  • Management of at least 15+ staff members.
  • Solid knowledge of P& L, planning & preparation.
  • Experience in people development.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma, or general equivalency diploma (GED);
  • Some college preferred
