- 13 years of experience in restaurant management
- Full-service dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team in a high-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
