JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is a well-established Quick Service Restaurant franchisee who is seeking a Director of Operations for the Phoenix, AZ area.

Their ideal candidate should have integrity, a good work ethic, managerial skills, previous quick service work experience, multi-unit management experience, and the ability to learn computer systems used in tracking inventory, labor, and sales.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
  • The Director of Operations must have proven performance in growing sales, training and developing employees, and controlling costs
  • The Director of Operations must have a minimum of 5 Years’ Multi-Unit
  • Management experience in Quick Serve restaurants.
  • A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Director of Operations
  • A college degree is required for the Director of Operations
  • The Director of Operations must have excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Salary will be commensurate with work experience, and very competitive in the current market. Director of Operations will oversee two District Managers

In addition to a salary, the Director of Operations receives bonuses, vacation, and health insurance. The work schedule should be flexible and a driver’s license is required. Relocation Package may be available
