The Role:

• Lead drafting for a residential builder with a growing pipeline (80+ homes/year)
• Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documentation using ArchiCAD
• Liaise with design and construction teams to deliver accurate, compliant plans
• Mentor junior drafters and guide best practices within the drafting team
• Contribute to workflow improvement and the company growth strategy

About You:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in residential drafting (project homes preferred)
• Proven expertise in ArchiCAD (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of building codes and construction details
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workflow management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities for multiple projects
