Are you currently working in property sales, high-end retail, or for a builder and looking for a role you’ll genuinely love?

This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the property industry and build a career representing a premium residential developer based in North Brisbane. This role is full time, working Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week. Some flexibility during the week can be accommodated.

As the Land Display Sale Host & Concierge, this role can be your fast track into sales or, if you’re already a sales professional, an exciting opportunity to join the developer side of the industry.

You’ll become the go-to person for the estate — understanding the development, the builder offerings and helping buyers navigate their journey with confidence. You’ll introduce buyers to the display builders within the estate, guide them through available opportunities and talk about exciting new terrace home products coming to market.

This role goes beyond transactional sales. It’s about relationships, trust and creating a seamless customer experience during one of the biggest decisions people make.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves property, enjoys working with people and is excited by the idea of growing their career within the property industry.

About you:

Everyone describes you as a people person — but behind that is ambition, commercial awareness and a genuine desire to grow your career.

You’re polished, articulate and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to connect with customers and build trust.

You’re organised, confident with CRMs and follow up, and comfortable managing customer interactions, administration and multiple moving parts.

You love property, enjoy working with people and are excited by the opportunity to grow into greater sales responsibility over time.

You will need a current real estate certificate or the willingness to obtain one. You will also need reliable transport to the estate.
