Site Supervisor - Steel Frames - Sunshine Coast

Residential steel framing installation business is looking for a Construction Supervisor to run sites across the Sunshine Coast and Caboolture.

This is a site-based role, managing all the jobs in your area.  Your clients are project home builders, so having an understanding of how they schedule their jobs will be helpful. 

You are comfortable managing crews, keeping jobs moving and dealing with issues early.

Experience in timber or steel framing is both considered.

What you will do

Run multiple residential framing sites
Manage install crews
Ensure sites are ready before installation
Keep jobs on schedule
Resolve issues as they arise
Maintain safety standards on site
Communicate with builders and site supervisors
Report on progress and delays

Requirements

Residential construction experience 
Exposure to framing
Ability to manage crews and sites
Driver's licence
White card

$120K + super
Company vehicle
Full-time, permanent
