Are you looking for a long-term project? We need an experienced site manager to take control of a multi-residential project for a national company.

• Day to day running of site
• Ensuring that the site is run to the highest level of safety
• Mentoring and managing site administrator
• Liaising with head office, ensure that costs are controlled through good site management
• Reducing risk by ensuring that traffic management and pedestrian management plans are in place and adhered to, and all records are in place.
• Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expected

As this role is remote to head office, excellent communications skills are required.
