We have a great role within a large national building and development company. This is a great opportunity for a residential estimator with CostX experience to join a stable environment. You ideally will come from a project home background, but able to do whole takeoffs.

• Estimating experience in a volume builder (over 80 per year)
• Intermediate to advance Cost X skills, including maintaining price files and recipes
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously, while still be part of a team.
• Tendering out work in stages
• Knowledge of rates, suppliers and trade in SE Queensland

The salary will be negotiated individually depending on experience.  The role is based in the CBD and will suit someone who likes public transport, or can walk or scooter to work, as there is no parking avaialble for this role.   This role is based in the office.
