Investment BDM

 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic BDM to join a large diverse building company, selling investment homes through marketing channels.

This will suit a BDM who is currently selling investment H & L and wants to be part of one of the fastest growing residential companies in Australia.  There is higher than average commission and a salary of $100K + super aviable for expereinced BDM with exisiting networks of channel partners. 

Reporting to the State Sales Director  this is an autonomous role.

Ideally, you will have

  • A proven track record in sales of residential projects through the investor channel
  • Existing relationships with marketing groups and developers
  • A great understanding of the sales process, in relation to housing
  • Contract Management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Strong personal presentation and communication skills
  • Time management and the ability to use social media to your advantage
  • Excellent Customer service skills

This role is based in the office in Brisbane CBD Fringe, but there is flexibility for work from home once established.
