Finance Officer

 Job Description:

Our client is a manufacturing and fitout company based near Southport on the Gold Coast, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. This role requires proficiency in Quickbooks and Xero, along with strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare financial reports as required
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
  • Liaise with external accountants for tax and compliance matters
  • General administrative support for the finance department
