We're working with a respected residential builder delivering a high-profile 90-lot townhouse development in Brisbane's inner suburbs. This is a multi-stage, long-term project with modern, architecturally designed townhouses.

We're now looking for a Site Foreman who can take the lead on daily site operations, ensure trade productivity, and deliver the build to quality and safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day site activity and coordinate subcontractors

• Ensure program milestones are met while maintaining build quality

• Manage onsite safety, toolbox talks, inductions, and compliance

• Liaise with project managers and supervisors to track progress

• Troubleshoot site issues and maintain a tidy, well-run site

What We are Looking For

• Experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on townhouse, duplex or low-rise residential builds

• Ability to manage trades, enforce quality, and maintain timelines

• Solid understanding of BCA, WHS, and construction methodology

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or willingness to obtain)
