Display Home Sales Person - White Rock
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to sell contract housing to owner-occupiers. Working for this reputable builder, the expectations are high, and so are the rewards. We are looking for top performers to join a highly successful team. You will need to have a good history in selling new homes out of a display. It is a single person display and a new display is opening next year in the Western Suburbs. You will also have the support of a sales associate.
Through advertising campaigns and their database, you will be given leads, as well as leads coming through their displays.
We are looking for people who want to succeed, in a professional organisation with a large market budget to drive traffic to you.
We are looking for:
- Candidates with a proven track record in New Build Sales, for contract and or custom housing.
- Experience siting houses using geosite or similar
- Computer literate, with experience using databases
- Presentable with an outgoing personality
- Energetic
- Able to take on the vision of the company
- Good understanding of the land estates in SEQ and the requirements on each estate, and ideally relationships with developers
- Professionalism and excellent work ethic
- A reliable car to travel to sales meetings and to meet clients at their sites if required
- The ability to work weekends.
This role works every weekend, with two days off during the week - please do not apply if you cannot do weekend work. This role is not suitable for someone coming from General Real Estate unless you have worked for a builder in a display.
