Project Manager - Fitout for Cafes / Restaurants


Have you got a background in Shopfitting or project management for hospitality-related projects? We are looking for someone that understands the componentry that goes into commercial kitchens, bars, and hospitality projects to join a rapidly growing company on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be involved in a wide variety of activities, but as a team, you will be responsible for delivering quality projects on time to clients.

This role goes from the moment the job is won, through the build and fabrication process, out to the site and then the installation team takes over.

You will be liaising closely with the external site team, to provide weekly updates to clients and the team to ensure projects stay on track.

There will be multiple projects at any one time.

You will need to have a good understanding of what goes into a project, in terms of cabinetry, benches, stainless steel, as well as the building products, to ensure that nothing is left out and ready to go when called up by the onsite team.

Communication is the key, both written and verbal, you will need to be organised and able to work with short project times and changing dynamics, as things change onsite.

There will be travel to site, so you will need to have a current drivers license, however, the role is predominantly office based, with normal working hours and flexibility if you require for family commitments.
