Customer Service Officer - New Homes

In this role, you will be the go-to person for clients building investment homes. Your job is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free keeping clients informed, projects organised, and the team connected. Youll need experience working for a builder, insurance company, or developer, and a solid understanding of contracts, variations, and build timeframes.

What you will be doing:

• Manage client files through the pre-construction and build process with clear communication and follow-through

• Prepare contracts, variations, and documentation accurately and on time

• Liaise with internal teams,  estimating, drafting, and construction to keep everything running smoothly

• Provide proactive updates to clients so they always know what's happening

• Keep records and approvals up to date while maintaining compliance

• Bring your positive energy to a team that genuinely enjoys working together and doing good in the community

You'll have prior experience in customer service or admin within residential building, property, or insurance and a natural ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
