New Home Sales Professional
Multiple Locations – South East Queensland

Are you a New Home Sales Consultant with established networks and looking for your next opportunity across new display locations?

We are working with a well-established residential builder expanding their footprint across South East Queensland, with multiple new display sites coming online. As a result, we are looking to speak with experienced New Home Sales Professionals across a number of key growth corridors.

The role:

  • Selling house and land packages and new homes from display centres
  • Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to contract
  • Working with builder channels, agents and referral partners
  • Converting qualified leads and walk-in traffic
  • Maintaining strong relationships with land agents and developers
  • Achieving sales targets in a competitive market
  • 5-day working week including Saturday and Sunday (with two days off during the week)

What you will need:

  • Experience in new home / project home sales with an Australian residential builder
  • Strong understanding of the residential building process
  • Existing networks within land, agents or developer channels (preferred)
  • Ability to work display home hours including weekends
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Ability to sell on value, not just price
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

This role suits someone commercially driven who wants to take advantage of new display locations and strong market exposure across multiple areas.

Locations: Multiple across South East Queensland
Salary: Base + commission (high earning potential)
