About the job House and Land Manager - Retail Housing - Brisbane

A newly created role within a well-established, highly regarded builder that is continuing to grow. The focus is simple — build relationships, identify opportunity, and create work.

You will be working across owner occupier house and land opportunities, while also identifying and developing knockdown rebuild projects. This role suits someone who understands not just land, but how the house fits — pricing, feasibility, and what will actually sell.

You will be given the scope to build this function properly.

What you will be doing

• Building relationships with land developers, agents and key contacts across SEQ
• Identifying owner occupier land opportunities and turning them into saleable packages
• Sourcing and developing knockdown rebuild opportunities
• Working closely with sales, estimating and design teams to bring deals together
• Assessing land, product fit and pricing to ensure commercially viable outcomes
• Staying across land releases, market movements and buyer demand

What you will need

• Experience with a project or custom home builder — you understand how homes are delivered
• Strong understanding of both land and house pricing
• Exposure to estimating or the ability to assess build costs and feasibility
• Working knowledge of building fundamentals, codes and constraints
• Strong relationship-building skills with developers, agents and industry contacts
• A proactive mindset — you identify opportunity and move on it

The role

Full-time, based on the southern side of Brisbane with easy access to the Gold Coast corridor.

This is a high-impact role where you are directly responsible for creating pipeline and driving revenue.

Strong base salary plus overriders, with high earning potential for the right person.
