Job Openings House and Land Manager

About the job House and Land Manager

Do you have strong developer relationships and understand how to package house & land deals for channel partners?

We are working with a residential builder looking to appoint a House & Land Manager who can operate across both sides of the market — securing land opportunities from developers and packaging product for established channel groups.

This is a commercially focused role, working B2B with groups that distribute investment stock through their own client bases.

The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing and securing land opportunities through developer relationships, while also structuring house & land packages that align with the requirements of channel partners and their distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing relationships with developers and land estates to secure stock
  • Package house & land deals for channel groups and distribution partners
  • Respond to briefs from channel partners by identifying suitable land and product
  • Work both proactively (securing opportunities) and reactively (matching demand)
  • Collaborate internally on product, pricing, and feasibility
  • Maintain visibility across land releases and upcoming estates

What Matters Most

  • Proven experience in house & land, land sourcing, or developer-facing roles
  • Existing relationships with developers and/or channel groups
  • Strong understanding of how investment-style product is structured and sold through channels
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to connect supply and demand
  • Someone who can operate autonomously and open doors

The Opportunity

  • Established builder with consistent pipeline and strong delivery capability
  • Role sits at the centre of deal flow, not just coordination
  • Autonomy to leverage your network and drive outcomes
  • Salary + commission aligned to performance

If you already operate across developers and channel partners and understand how deals actually get done in this space, this is worth a conversation.
