Sales Estimator - New Homes - Loganholme

This is an opportunity to join a well-established residential builder with a strong pipeline of work, solid systems and a supportive team environment.

We are looking for a Sales Estimator who enjoys the detail of residential construction and can confidently work across plans, specifications, pricing and variations.

The role will involve:

• Preparing sales estimates for residential homes
• Reviewing plans, drawings and supporting documentation
• Pricing variations and changes
• Working with sales, drafting and construction teams
• Maintaining accurate pricing and working to deadlines

We’d like to speak with people who have:

• Residential estimating experience
• Framework or similar estimating software experience
• Good Excel and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment

This could suit someone already working as a Sales Estimator, Production Estimator or similar who is looking for a stronger team, better systems or simply a fresh environment with a recognised builder.
