Estimator - Residential Housing

We are currently working on a role with a builder that is currenlty building over 400 homes per year.  This is a solid opportunity for a residential estimator with Australian residential experience to step into a stable environment. 

• 2+ years’ experience in residential estimating in Australia
• Experience using Framework (or similar software) 
• Excel Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to manage deadlines and workload
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
• Knowledge of rates in SE Queensland
• Cert IV in Building & Construction is a bonus

Salary will be negotiated based on experience.  The role is based near Loganholme and there is onstreet parking available.  There is a range of incentives to work there, from flexible working arrangements, to gym memberships and staff discount.
