Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Associate to handle daily office operations, vendor coordination, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise office support staff (office boys, security guards, cleaners) and ensure office cleanliness and smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors (lunch, security, cleaning, groceries) and negotiate pricing for cost efficiency.
  • Maintain petty cash, expense records, and asset/inventory records (bikes, fuel, equipment) on Google Sheets. 
  • Follow up on office maintenance and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of admin experience is welcomed. 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets and record keeping. 
  • Honest, organized, and able to multitask independently.
  • Basic IT knowledge (office systems, equipment troubleshooting). 
  • Familiarity with Jira or any ticketing system. 
  • Vendor management and inventory tracking experience.
