Procurement Specialist

The Role: Organize and manage purchases of different product groups (e.g. IT products and services). Develop and maintain strong, competitive vendor relationships, as well as excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement. Ensure supplier agreements are being met. Preparation of different inquiries to segmented suppliers and financial analysis of offers. Develop proposals for optimization of the procurement processes in terms of services and material costs.

The Candidate: Previous experience in procurement and process management is desirable. General grasp of IT processes and SAP administration. Able to maintain strict confidentiality of all work-related information. Effective time management skills and continuous effort to improve existing operations. Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and corrective actions. Fluent speaker in English and German.
