ITOM Developer (SNOW)

The Role: Improve corporate workflow by digitizing operations. Build and manage custom applications, integrate them with other systems, and configure the platform to meet the specific needs of the business, then align systems and processes with the relevant teams and users. You will work mostly on the ITOM and ITSM modules, building and running ATF tests to validate the applications, customizations, or configurations and moving our clients data from a legacy system to ServiceNow.

Required Tech Expertise: ServiceNow- ITOM and ITSM;ITIL; Web Services (SOAP, REST); XML; JSON; JavaScript.
The Candidate: Bright talent with 1+ years of experience and know-how of the ServiceNow platform - configuration, implementation, and maintenance. You are a customer-focused individual with a keen eye for details, due to your drive to provide the best solution, while working with your team and observing the confidentiality that must be guaranteed. Participating in a conversation led in English is not a problem for you, in fact, you are confident to take an active part in it.
