The Role: The current job opening is at a senior management level within the business, responsible for delivering and supporting complex digital HR solutions. This will involve working closely with stakeholders, presenting to clients and tailoring to suit differing business needs, working alongside the sales teams and spearheading transformations across the HR arena.

The Candidate: Current or recent previous experience with complex, global and large-scale HR transformations. Proven experience with ERPs and Cloud Technology such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors. Strong presentation and communication skills. Informal leader with ability to influence others and set trends. Analytical insight, intellectual curiosity and vision to develop more efficient HR processes.
