For their internal needs, we are seeking a Marketing Operations and Campaign Manager to turns strategy into executable campaigns, maintain the calendar, coordinate participants, and manage communication flows across B2B and B2C channels.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

• Manage a shared marketing calendar for all brands;
• Prepare campaign briefs in conjunction with designer, performance team, partner functions, and external resources;
• Run email newsletters, push campaigns, Viber/Discord communications, and social/PR workflows;
• Adapt content and campaigns for B2B direct clients, partners, and B2C end customers;
• Use AI workflows for drafts, repurposing, and content/PR production;
• Track deadlines, assets, statuses, and results, and prepare campaign summaries.

Desired skills and experience:

• Proven marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity or IT;
• Professional understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, campaigns, social channels, etc.;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to own the process and drive results;
• Desire to learn, with resources provided for your development.
• Able to see the big picture and willing to make a step forward for things to happen;
• Strong project and time management as well as cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
