For our partner a well-established hotel complex, we are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-oriented professional for the position of: Hotel Receptionist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and accommodating hotel guests;
  • Managing reservations, payments, and guest inquiries;
  • Communicating with guests via phone, email, and in person;
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments;
  • Working with hotel management software;
  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Has a good command of English;
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is considered an advantage;
  • Is able to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Has good computer literacy;
  • Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
