The Role: Use your skillset to help clients solve the most compelling issues concerning their HR function. Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes. Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes. Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process. Train end-users on specific processes and applications.

The Candidate: Demonstrated experience configuring, implementing one or more SuccessFactors modules. Professional level certification in one of SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Employee Central, Learning Management) is a big plus. Detailed and result-oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner. Knowledgeable in current HR policies and practices. Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with team members and customers, both verbal and written.
