The Role: Take charge of ensuring smooth and effective presentations and communications while managing a small number of the company's most valuable and important clients. Establish excellent relationships with them through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, and building engagement (meetings and business reviews). You will need to gather feedback on a regular basis and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvement. Furthermore, you will also be in charge of conducting contract renegotiations for a win-win partnership in order to support the sales team leader in expanding the portfolio of clients and services.

The Candidate: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic environment in Account Management. A professional who can handle various communications with small and big size businesses, creating strategies to expand the company database of partners. Certainly, one has excellent knowledge of Google Suite and/or MS Office, and Excel. The outstanding soft skills, such as flawless spoken and written English, are one of your greatest assets.
