The Role: The Plant HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources activities within the manufacturing plant. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Plant HR Manager will work closely with plant management to ensure that HR strategies align with the overall business objectives.

The Candidate: 5+ years of HR management experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Experience with performance management and appraisal systems. Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs. Proactive approach to HR issues and challenges.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
