The Role: As SAP support engineer you will analyze clients business processes, perform configuration work and assist in testing cycles. You will participate in the design of the solutions, support findings, and conclusions as well as work closely with customer success partners to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. SAP Support Engineer will be actively engaged in resolving and managing issues (tickets), activation and enhancement requests, work progress tracking by recommending appropriate services from preferred portfolio of services. You will evaluate functional and technical problems and create system solutions to facilitate the implementation and continuous support of SAP cloud and on-demand products and services.

The Location: Fully remote. Onsite presence in Sofia is required for at least two-three weeks for onboarding purposes.

The Candidate: Higher education in Engineering or Computer Science. Previous experience in application support. At least 2 years of experience with any OOP language (preferably Java), knowledge of HTTP, HTML and XML. Understanding of web and network security standards and protocols. SAP knowledge is an advantage. Excellent level of written and spoken English. Strong attention to details, commitment to follow through on tasks, ability to work as part of a team. Strong customer focus, managing and setting expectations.
