The Role: As a Sales Representative, you will be at the frontline of our growth introducing our services to HR leaders, decision-makers, and company executives.

  • Make outbound calls (cold & warm leads) to promote our services
  • Pitch our benefits packages to HR departments, managers & decision-makers
  • Follow up on leads and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team
  • Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and account management teams

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or cold calling preferred
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • Strong sales mindset motivated by goals, numbers, and success
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and self-discipline
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage your time efficiently
