The Role: As a Sales Representative, you will be at the frontline of our growth introducing our services to HR leaders, decision-makers, and company executives.
- Make outbound calls (cold & warm leads) to promote our services
- Pitch our benefits packages to HR departments, managers & decision-makers
- Follow up on leads and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team
- Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and account management teams
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or cold calling preferred
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Strong sales mindset motivated by goals, numbers, and success
- Positive attitude, resilience, and self-discipline
- Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage your time efficiently
