The Role: As Game Strategist you will significantly contribute to the game development process by crafting innovative mechanics and dynamic algorithms that enhance gameplay. Your expertise will help shape immersive gaming worlds that captivate players, while you develop and refine gameplay frameworks and product narratives that support gaming offerings, ensuring accuracy and balance. Collaborating with the back-end development team, youll assist in implementing these frameworks, while partnering with front-end developers, engineers, and game producers to create engaging experiences. You will write and maintain clear documentation for all gameplay structures and design elements.

The Location: Position is based in Sofia. Hybrid model of work.

The Candidate: To excel in this position, you should have a solid background in mathematics, particularly combinatorics, probability and statistics and apply them in the creation of complex mathematical models that are practically implemented in the game design. Knowledge of one or more programming languages, alongside with strong communication skills in English. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate a problem-solving attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
