Senior Accounting Team Lead

The Role: Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring efficient execution of accounting operations and adherence to financial regulations. You will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS while driving process improvements and automation. Managing the month-end and year-end close, reviewing financial statements, and liaising with auditors and tax authorities will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and optimizing accounting workflows.

The Candidate: A highly qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of accounting experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks), advanced MS Excel skills, and a strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations. Excellent English language skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for the role.
